Since October 2023, six Vance Creek Hotel homes have been listed. Two sold, zero are for sale now, and four came off the market without selling. Every sale landed between $247 and $394 per square foot. Three of the listings that didn’t sell were priced above $394, higher than anything buyers have paid here.
