Condo prices at SilverStar span almost three to one, and the building matters more than the bedroom count. Here is every active condo and townhome listing on the mountain on October 10, 2026, taken from the MLS® feed that runs Sean’s listing pages.

Why one condo costs three times another

  • Walk to the lifts. Units on the village boardwalk and beside the Gondola and Comet Express carry a premium. See ski-in/ski-out explained.
  • Building age and amenities. Snowbird Lodge (built 2006) has private hot tubs in most units and a fitness centre and theatre; older lodges from the 1980s and 1990s cost less to buy.
  • Title. Some older hotel-style buildings are leasehold, which usually trades at a discount and can be harder to finance. Ask before you write an offer.
  • Rental program. Hotel condos often come with a rental pool or management agreement. That changes your income and your owner-use days. See rental management at SilverStar.
  • Monthly fees. Strata fees on today’s listings run $443 to $944 a month. See SilverStar strata fees by building.
