When does SilverStar open for the 2026/27 season?
SilverStar’s tentative opening dates for 2026/27 are November 20, 2026 for Nordic skiing and November 27, 2026 for the alpine, with closing day on April 4, 2027. Lifts run 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. until January 31, then 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Night skiing runs Friday and Saturday until 8:30 p.m.

Lift hours
- Opening day to January 31: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- February 1 to closing day: 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Night skiing
- Friday and Saturday nights until 8:30 p.m., all season.
- 4 km of lit, groomed beginner and intermediate trails reached by the gondola, the Silver Queen chair and The Zone magic carpet, plus Bannister Park, the night terrain park.
- Included with the My1 season pass; regular day tickets don’t include night skiing, so buy a night ticket.
The mountain at a glance
3,304 skiable acres, 133 runs, 10 lifts, 760 m of vertical and 700 cm-plus of natural snow a year. The village sits at 1,609 m and the summit at 1,915 m. For 2026/27, SilverStar is on the Ikon Pass (7 days on the full Ikon Pass, 5 on Ikon Base).
