Since October 2023, eleven Snowbird Lodge homes have been listed. Seven sold, three are for sale now, and two came off the market without selling. Every sale landed between $592 and $735 per square foot. Two of the listings that didn’t sell were priced above $735, higher than anything buyers have paid here.

Snowbird Lodge is at 170 Silver Lode Lane: two- and three-bedroom-plus condos, built 2006. Strata fees in the listings ranged from about $740 to $1,000 a month depending on size. Most listings here say short-term rentals are allowed. Check the bylaws and the Form B for rental rules and fees before you buy; at a ski resort they matter as much as the view.
