Since October 2023, three Silver Views homes have been listed. One sold, two are for sale now, and zero came off the market without selling. The one sale was at $434 per square foot. One of the listings that didn’t sell was priced above $434, higher than anything buyers have paid here.

Silver Views is at 635 Monashee Road: three-bedroom-plus townhomes, built 2000 to 2003. Strata fees in the listings ranged from about $680 to $850 a month depending on size.
