The price ceiling
Since October 2023, four Grandview homes have been listed. Three sold, zero are for sale now, and one came off the market without selling. Every sale landed between $591 and $661 per square foot. None of the listings that didn’t sell was priced above that, so here price wasn’t the only reason a listing sat.

About the building
Grandview is at 357 Monashee Road: two-bedroom condos, built 1996. Strata fees in the listings ranged from about $600 to $660 a month depending on size. Most listings here say short-term rentals are allowed. Check the bylaws and the Form B for rental rules and fees before you buy; at a ski resort they matter as much as the view. For amenities, title and what’s listed now, see the Grandview building guide.
