About the building
Firelight Lodge is at 30 Monashee Road: one- and two-bedroom condos, built 2009. Strata fees in the listings ranged from about $640 to $890 a month depending on size. Most listings here say short-term rentals are allowed. Check the bylaws and the Form B for rental rules and fees before you buy; at a ski resort they matter as much as the view. For amenities, title and what’s listed now, see the Firelight Lodge building guide.
