About the building
Chilcoot Lodge is at 150 and 152 Silver Lode Lane: two-bedroom condos, built 1993 to 1994. Strata fees in the listings ranged from about $1,060 to $1,400 a month depending on size. Check the bylaws and the Form B for rental rules and fees before you buy; at a ski resort they matter as much as the view. For amenities, title and what’s listed now, see the Chilcoot Lodge building guide.
